We are thrilled to be capturing the magic, dedication, and artistry of your dancers at the Kiwanis 2026 event.
To ensure the privacy and security of your dancer's photos, all images are hosted in secure, private online galleries.
(No more scrolling through 100's of photos to locate your dancer!)
Follow the instructions below to access your dancer's photos, view their performances, and purchase your favorite memories.
How to Access Your Private Photo Gallery
Getting access to your dancer's photos is simple and secure.
Each dancer has a unique QR code and password that links directly to their personal gallery.
Option 1: Get Your QR Code at the Event (Recommended)
Your Qr Code will be handed out with your adjudication report. (If you did not receive it please let us know - info@klotzproductions.com)
Simply scan the code with your smartphone camera to be taken instantly to your private gallery.
Option 2: Request Your Access via Email
If you missed us at the event or misplaced your card, don't worry! You can request your access details online.

- Please include: Your dancer's full name and their dance studio/number so we can quickly locate their file.
- We will reply promptly with your unique QR code link (or direct link if you prefer ) and your secure password.

The Kiwanis 2026 dance event stretches over several action-packed days.
Because of this, we will be updating the galleries continuously as new performances take place and photos are processed.
If you don't see all of your dancer's photos right away, please check back!
We highly recommend bookmarking your gallery link so you can easily return to see the latest uploads.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
How do I use the QR code?
Simply open the camera app on your smartphone and point it at the QR code. A link will pop up on your screen—tap it to go directly to your gallery.
You will then be prompted to enter your password.
What if I don't want to use the QR Code?
Not a problem. We will supply you with your unique address to take you straight to the galleries. You still need to input your password.
Can I share the gallery with family members?
Yes! You are welcome to share your gallery link and password with grandparents, family, and friends so they can view and purchase photos of your dancer as well.
When will the final photos be uploaded?
We upload photos in batches throughout the multi-day event.
The final galleries will be completely updated within a day after the event concludes.
